A. Education: High school graduate.
B. Work Experience: One year office work preferred.
C. Equipment Utilization: Multiline telephone, typewriter, computer,
copiers, fax machine,calculator, and intercom/security system. Use of sharp instrument to open packages.
D. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for long periods of time
and work with many interruptions. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift files.
E. Special Skills/Licenses: Accurate typing, proficient in Excel, word processing, the Internet, and related computer skills. Must be able to work independently.
F. Training: ECCR required orientation and inservices.
G. Communication Skills: Good telephone skills. Read, write and speak English. Must be able to effectively communicate with staff, families, visitors, and vendors.
H. Must submit to a criminal background check and be determined to be not disqualified by the Department of Human Services prior to hire.
- Employee shall submit to drug testing prior to employment.
